We are Corey and Elizabeth. We've been married for 5.5 years (6 years on July 10). We met when Corey moved in across the street from me in 1999 (I was in third grade). After having a major crush on Corey when I was younger, Corey and I finally started dating when I was 15. We've been together ever since through moves across the country (at a couple of points Corey lived in GA and I lived in AZ), basic trainings, graduations, deployments, and so much more.
Corey is a UAV operator in the army and is currently stationed at Fort Benning, GA. Corey began his career in the army in March 2010 as an infantry man. After deploying as infantry, Corey switched his MOS (job) in the army in March 2014 to fly the drones.
I am a 10th grade geometry teacher currently. I graduated from Austin Peay State University with my math teaching degree in 2014 and began my teaching career as a 7th grade math teacher until I moved to high school this year. I have my teaching license in three states so far and as we move I'm sure I'll get more!
We also have three of the most adorable pups. Scout, Sawyer, and Charlie are all rescue pups that we just couldn't resist. Scout is a sassy little girl, our first pup, who thinks she rules the world. Sawyer is the most snuggliest boy, our second pup, who loves to play with anyone and anything that is willing. Charlie is the feistiest little boy, our most recent addition, who can escape his cage like it's his job. They're crazy pups and we love them to death.
